Description: Designed to reflect the vernacular of the original two storey farmhouse adjoining the site, the house sits in a cluster of existing farm buildings. A large open plan kitchen, dining and living room is located to the south and west with an overhanging zinc mono-pitch roof reflecting the nearby existing farm buildings. Constructed with full-filled wide cavity insulation, the finished building will achieve an A2 BER rating. Underfloor heating on an air to water and ventilation system will ensure low running costs
